Repair/Replacement/Return Policy

Lilliana's Signature products are handmade with the greatest care and pride. We offer a lifetime replacement guarantee. If anything happens to your accessory we will replace it with another. What do we mean by anything? We mean anything. If a part of it comes loose or falls off we will replace it. If it falls on the ground and gets stepped on, run over, or a dog eats it we will replace it. If you use it to pick a lock or it gets sucked up in the vacuum cleaner we will replace it. If it gets worn out or you simply don't like the color because it doesn't match the outfit you bought it to accessorize we will replace it. We could go on but you get the point. Because of this generous replacement policy we do not offer refunds for Lilliana's Signature products.

Other products carry a 30 day warranty. Unless defective, items must be unused and returned with original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned as these products cannot be resold and are approved by the buyer before shipping.

Shipping
Avoid shipping charges by electing to pick it up at one of my events. Check my Event Calendar to see where and when I'll be.

Items are sent USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) or USPS First Class Mail (2-5 day delivery) within the US. You will be notified via email when your order ships.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the time you place your order for preparation of your items for shipping. If you need items sooner, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

US shipping $3 per order.
Canadian shipping is $7 per order.
Other international shipping is not currently available.
